The PSA Schedule of Rates are maintained by the Quantity Surveying team, part of Carillon’s TPS consultancy services business.
Our surveyors are among the most experienced and highly qualified specialists in their field. From historic buildings to airfields, from new build to land remediation projects, we have the expertise to optimise project value, advising on contracts and procurement as well as project management.
Our quantity surveying services include cost consultancy, forensic audits, tender pricing and schedules of rates. Our building surveyors provide a full range of specialist inspections and surveys, enabling timely and cost-effective decisions to be made on environmental, construction, mechanical and electrical, utilities and maintenance issues.
TPS provides comprehensive planning, engineering and architectural design, 3D modelling and project management services to commercial and public sector customers in all Carillion's markets. Our specialist consultancy services cover security and counter terrorism, land and property surveying and legislation, geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, environmental services, CDM and Health and Safety.
